SHIPPING & EXCHANGES
Shipping Policy
Orders typically ship out daily from Monday until Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 pm CST can ship same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST will go out next shipping day. No orders will ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders will ship next day via FED EX. Orders shipping for same day delivery will ship on Southwest Airlines if available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Coral orders are guaranteed to arrive alive. They are not returnable. In the event they arrive dead, you will need to take a picture of the dead coral and send us an email within 24 hours of delivery. If possible we will exchange or replace the coral or give a store credit on a future order. If the delivery service arrives on time and you are not there to receive your coral, we are not responsible for DOA coral.
