FAQs

HOW DO I ORDER CORALS?

Once your account has been approved, you will receive a "Welcome email" with our instructions on how to order. . Twice a week, you will be emailed our newsletter with our specials and a link to our WYSIWYG photo reel which shows our current stock and pricing. Once you know what you would like to purchase, you will email us back your selection of corals.  We will remove your selections from the current reel and create a folder with your store name which will have your selections in it. We will then contact you and go over your order, take payment, and arrange shipping. 

***You are more than welcome to use our pictures that are in your folder only after you pay for your coral.  Please do not share our newsletter or WYSIWYG reel with anyone.  All pricing is confidential and meant to be seen only by authorized retailers.***

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We ship Monday - Wednesday FedEx and Southwest Monday-Friday.  Occasionally we will ship FedEx on Thursday depending on your location.

WHAT IS YOUR DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) POLICY?

We guarantee live delivery to your store. If your coral arrives dead you will need to contact us within 24 hours of arrival and submit a picture of the dead coral.  We will either replace it with something similiar or better or will credit you on your next order.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Generally, all of our sales are in paid in advance of shipment, especially with all new customers.  However, once we have a working history, other options may be available on a case by case basis. 

HOW DO YOU SAVE MY DATA?

All customer data is kept on a secure server. We do not share customer information with any third parties. Credit Card processing is done through strict PCI compliance.
